When I started my career, my father usually give me advice orally or from books or magazines, on living and morals of life. He hoped to persuade me to major in something more practical. I usually left them somewhere on my desk or in my books or in my mind, and many-times unfolded, ignored and unread.

I now find myself following them. The opportunity to learn from others is the great virtue of being human. The refusal to do so, is our proud vice.

In those advises, I read somewhere, "You haven’t learned how to live until you learn how to give." this is what changed my mind to give, if I don't have anything to give, I still can give Respect. Eventually, I earned it back.

Now, we are inspiring others to give respect and get respect. If you are able to treat others respectfully, specially to below average community instead of frowning, they will speak high of you, ultimately you will rise.

Here, at viaTAXI, we initiated a campaign "#Respect-for-Chauffeur". I asked my team to reduce the use of word "Driver" to almost zero and lets refer them as "chauffeur". As a gesture of respect, we request our travelers to address them as "Saab Ji" or "chauffeur". People of our great country supported this campaign and now its practically successful.
